The 51st edition of the International Hochfelln Mountain Run was a resounding success, with 235 runners reaching the finish line at the Hochfellnhaus in ideal running weather. The Austrian Andrea Mayr, the "Grande Dame of Mountain Running," won for the 13th time with a time of 53:04 minutes, followed by Karin Hahn and Sintayehu Kibebo from Ethiopia. In the men's category, last year's winner Timotej Becan from Slovenia triumphed with a time of 45:49 minutes, while Alex Brandner and Andrzej Dlugosz took second and third places, respectively.
